About the Festival
Song is an ancient part of Irish culture; to celebrate this heritage, we’re delighted to announce a choral festival in Dublin for the week of St Patrick’s Day!
During the St Patrick’s Choral Festival, groups will not only get to perform around Dublin, work with international clinicians and conductors, and partake in a festival concert in St Patrick’s Cathedral, they’ll get to interact with the choral community here in Ireland!
We believe in meaningful musical exchanges and we can’t wait to hear the music made as a result of these international collaborations.

No, the St Patrick’s Choral Festival is not a competition. It’s a chance for choristers around the world to exchange with fellow music-makers.

Nope! You can apply with a chamber choir, your full choir, or even just a small number of performers. However, if you would like your own performance slot during the rest of the festival between March 16–18, we recommend traveling with your own balanced group, no matter the size.

St Patrick’s Day is March 17th every year! During our festival, we leave room for you and your group to enjoy the festivities — like the world famous parade — and for pop-up fringe performances around the city centre!

Your travel partner will let you know ultimately, but we will be processing applications immediately upon receiving them.
